Domino's Pizza in Zittau

Delicious food but the rudest in-house delivery service ever (with restaurant name on the car)! In addition, I was not aware that delivery services did not come up to the front door. Everyone else has done this of their own accord so far. Luckily I wasn't handicapped. In any case, I no longer order there!

Unfortunately, promotional coupons are usually not valid for half-half pizzas, extra side dishes or temporary seasonal pizzas, i.e. almost exactly what you want if you don't always want 0815:? Therefore only four out of five stars, because the prices are not too cheap either

All other food service providers here in Zittau, who also offer their services via Lieferando, get the settings at Lieferando customer-oriented and reasonable. ONLY Domino's Pizza Zittau not. If you turn off the stove at 10 p.m. and close the shop at 10 p.m., the delivery will be canceled by 9:30 p.m. This guarantees that customers who order 9:29 p.m. still receive their goods and no customers order after 9:30 p.m. Because then it is also ensured that the shop can also be closed at 10 p.m. The business behavior of Domino's Pizza Zittau is unprofessional and not customer-oriented. But well, the company seems to be doing too well. At least so well that you can just refuse to accept a 50 euro order, because you are simply too lazy to turn the oven on again for the few toads. It was just made out two minutes ago and won't work until tomorrow. The shop really seems to be doing too well. We wanted to give you another chance, but this provider failed across the board. Customer-oriented service grade 6, commercial understanding grade 6. Unfortunately, a complete letdown, the opportunity is wasted. Domino's Pizza has completely died for us.

An hour's wait is okay, if necessary, but if only two out of three ordered pizzas are delivered, it's wrong. And not even in the heat container, so accordingly cold. The driver was probably annoyed. Because sentences like: "Should I take it back with me" "You can order another one" "I take note of it, but I'm just the driver." .... pretty wrong !!
